Accounts Payable Associate II

About the role

Experienced accounts payable position responsible for processing transactions, maintaining vendor records, reconciling invoices, and assisting with the transition to Oracle Fusion ERP in a manufacturing environment. The position is onsite for the first 90 days, with potential eligibility for two remote days per week after onboarding.

What you'll do

• Match invoices to receiving paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts
• Perform data entry using the chart of accounts
• Investigate variances involving purchase orders and supporting documents
• Maintain vendor records and reconcile vendor statements
• Handle routine accounts payable issues independently
• Assist with year-end audit requests
• Perform filing, scanning, and general office duties
• Support the transition to Oracle Fusion ERP

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoice matching
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with basic arithmetic and unit conversions
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• ERP experience preferred; Oracle Fusion experience is a plus
