Insurance Sales Representative (Licensed)

About the role

Builds customer relationships, reviews insurance needs, sells and cross-sells coverage, and provides day-to-day policy service for home, auto, life, and other insurance products.

What you'll do

• Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers
• Review customer needs and identify coverage opportunities
• Sell home, auto, life, and other insurance products
• Take payments and process policy changes
• Answer customer questions and assist with claims
• Update customer and account information
• Educate customers about coverage options
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

What you'll bring

• Missouri Property and Casualty Insurance License before starting employment
• Missouri Life Insurance License before starting or within the first three months
• One to three years of experience
• Customer-focused and comfortable with sales
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Strong organization, dependability, and multitasking skills
• Availability to work in the office Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
