What you'll do

• Complete the application and screening process
• Participate in the matching process
• Complete embryo transfer and pregnancy-related appointments
• Follow program and medical requirements throughout the surrogacy journey

What you'll bring

• Between 20 and 38 years old
• At least one previous healthy pregnancy and delivery
• BMI under 35
• Smoke-free lifestyle with no nicotine products
• Six or fewer previous deliveries
• United States citizen or permanent resident living in an eligible state
