About the role

Provide safe, individualized ambulatory nursing care as a full member of an interprofessional healthcare team. Coordinate care across the continuum and apply evidence-based nursing practices for patients ranging from infancy through older adulthood.

What you'll do

• Provide patient care through the nursing process
• Coordinate care with the interprofessional healthcare team
• Integrate current evidence with clinical expertise and patient preferences
• Promote patient and family safety
• Use healthcare information systems and technology
• Participate in continuous quality improvement
• Perform duties according to organizational policies and procedures

What you'll bring

• Diploma or ASN from an accredited nursing school
• More than 15 months of relevant professional nursing experience
• Current state RN license
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification as required by specialty
