About the role

Assist members with selecting, ordering, fitting, and receiving eyeglasses and contact lenses while processing transactions and maintaining optical department standards.

What you'll do

• Help members select frames and lens options
• Measure pupillary distance and determine bifocal placement
• Process and verify optical orders
• Fit and adjust eyeglasses
• Check completed eyewear against prescriptions
• Stock merchandise and maintain department cleanliness
• Oversee apprentices when required

What you'll bring
