Field Gutter Manager

About the role

Field-based role responsible for daily gutter installation operations, including onsite customer installations, gutter fabrication, and delivery to third-party installation contractors. The position requires operating a company vehicle and gutter machine in varying outdoor conditions and traveling throughout an assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Travel throughout an assigned territory to install gutters and gutter protection systems
• Coordinate with employees and subcontractors on gutter fabrication and installation
• Follow established installation processes and quality standards
• Communicate job progress, service issues, and completion status to local leadership
• Provide professional customer service at job sites
• Maintain organized customer and administrative job documentation
• Follow OSHA guidelines, job-site safety rules, and company safety procedures
• Operate a company vehicle, box truck, and gutter machine safely

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• At least 3 years of experience in home construction, remodeling, or gutter installation
• Active and valid driver's license with the ability to operate a box truck
• Ability to meet DOT physical criteria
• Comfort ascending and descending ladders of varying heights
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and climates
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train others using hands-on and documentation-based methods
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Legal authorization to work without employment visa sponsorship
• Ability to work additional hours and occasionally travel overnight
