Commercial Construction Project Manager

About the role

Leads commercial exterior construction projects involving roofing, siding, and gutters for new multifamily developments, managing each project from contract turnover through completion and closeout.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple commercial exterior construction projects
• Lead projects from contract turnover through final completion and closeout
• Coordinate roofing, siding, and gutter installation activities
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field personnel
• Monitor jobsite safety, quality, productivity, and schedule compliance
• Manage budgets, labor productivity, material usage, and cost controls
• Lead project meetings, documentation, punch lists, and closeout activities
• Maintain relationships with owners, contractors, architects, inspectors, and trade partners

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years of commercial construction project management experience
• Commercial roofing, siding, exterior envelope, or multifamily experience preferred
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications
• Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers
• Strong scheduling, communication, and financial management skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid driver's license
