About the role

Serve as a Clinique beauty advisor by educating customers, providing consultations and makeup applications, building client relationships, and driving cosmetics sales at Macy’s Queens Center.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and provide product guidance
• Conduct beauty consultations and apply makeup and other products
• Build client relationships and achieve sales goals
• Maintain displays, organize merchandise, and restock inventory
• Inform customers about promotions and product launches
• Process damages, testers, and vendor returns
• Use point-of-sale technology to sell products and fulfill orders
• Follow hygiene, compliance, and asset protection procedures

What you'll bring

• At least one year of customer service or selling experience
• Passion for the beauty industry and customer care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds
• Previous cosmetics or fragrance sales experience preferred
