About the role

Creates personalized shopping experiences by identifying customer needs, recommending products and services, meeting sales goals, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized sales floor.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and provide personalized product recommendations
• Build customer relationships through genuine hospitality
• Meet daily sales goals and support store performance
• Promote credit accounts and loyalty program benefits
• Maintain clean and organized sales floors and fitting rooms
• Update signs and pricing and assist with merchandise moves
• Operate registers, handheld equipment, and other retail technology
• Process customer transactions accurately
