Prepared Foods Production Team Member (Deli / Culinary Prep) - Full Time

About the role

Prepares, labels, rotates, stocks, and merchandises prepared foods while maintaining recipe, quality, sanitation, food safety, and customer service standards.

What you'll do

• Assist with production for Prepared Foods venues
• Label, date, cover, and rotate prepared foods
• Follow recipes and use correct measuring devices
• Document waste and spoilage
• Keep walk-in coolers and freezers clean and organized
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Prepare, store, stock, rotate, and merchandise products
• Maintain sanitation and workplace safety standards
