Prepared Foods Cook / Food Production - Full Time

About the role

Full-time prepared foods position responsible for food preparation, product quality, stocking, sanitation, and customer service. Prepare cold-case, fresh-pack, salad-bar, and hot-bar products while following recipes, operating procedures, and food safety regulations.

What you'll do

• Prepare cold-case, fresh-pack, salad-bar, and hot-bar food items
• Follow recipes and production sheets to maintain quality and consistency
• Label, date, cover, monitor, and rotate prepared products
• Monitor and replenish food levels
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service
• Prep, store, rotate, stock, and merchandise products
• Follow health, sanitation, food safety, and safe-work procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, walk-ins, freezers, and equipment
• Perform assigned opening, mid-shift, and closing duties
• Report safety hazards and violations
