Territory Sales Manager - New York Metro

About the role

Manages the New York Metro retail territory for MITER Brands, driving sales growth, developing business opportunities, strengthening retail partner relationships, and increasing awareness of residential window and door products.

What you'll do

• Build and strengthen relationships in the retail home improvement channel
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration
• Develop and execute plans for incremental sales and market share growth
• Conduct product knowledge and sales training for retail associates
• Support retail pro sales teams and key stakeholders
• Provide aftermarket sales and service support to homeowners
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain service satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, manufacturing, and delivery teams
• Travel throughout the New York Metro territory

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and drive retail-channel sales growth
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
• Building products industry experience preferred
• Retail home improvement experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel, including overnight travel
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
