Insurance Agent (Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions)

About the role

Outside insurance sales role helping individuals and families select auto, home, life, and specialty insurance products. Includes paid training, licensing support, autonomy, team mentorship, and uncapped commission and renewal income. No prior insurance experience is required.

What you'll do

• Sell auto, home, life, and related insurance products using a consultative approach
• Build and maintain a book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement
• Identify prospective customers through established lead methods and relationship-driven outreach
• Document customer interactions accurately and protect sensitive information
• Use sales technology, relationship management tools, and multi-carrier platforms
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentive programs
