Full-time outside insurance sales position selling auto, home, life, and specialty insurance products. Build a book of business through consultative sales, referrals, networking, and community engagement. The role offers a flexible hybrid structure combining office, field, and remote work.

What you'll do

• Sell auto, home, life, and related insurance products using a consultative approach
• Build and maintain a book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement
• Identify prospective customers through established lead methods and outreach
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Handle sensitive customer information with integrity and confidentiality
• Use relationship-management and multi-carrier technology to develop tailored solutions
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentive programs
