About the role

Manufacturing compounder responsible for following precise formulas, operating production equipment, documenting batch activity, handling materials, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The schedule is a 12-hour weekend shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

What you'll do

• Follow precise formulas and recipes to compound materials
• Operate and monitor production and manufacturing equipment
• Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation
• Handle and stage materials
• Complete inventory transfers
• Ensure work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards

What you'll bring

• Experience in a manufacturing, mixing, or production environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, formulas, recipes, and production specifications
• Experience operating production or processing equipment
• Basic math skills for measuring, calculating, and verifying quantities
• Experience using forklifts and material-handling equipment
• Experience documenting production data, batch records, or inventory transactions
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, move, and handle raw materials or finished products
• Experience with inventory control, material staging, or product transfers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
