About the role

Support efficient production operations by developing and maintaining manufacturing processes, leading continuous improvement projects, analyzing process data, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting maintenance and audit activities.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain efficient manufacturing processes
  • Lead efficiency improvement projects and process upgrades
  • Implement assembly processes that reduce manufacturing costs
  • Retrieve and analyze process data and trend charts
  • Support audit preparation and participation
  • Recommend improvements involving safety, cost, yield, compliance, and productivity
  • Identify machine errors and assist with troubleshooting
  • Support research and development prototypes
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field
  • Three to five years of experience
  • Manufacturing experience, preferably in custom or make-to-order production
  • Hands-on experience with electrical equipment
  • Ability to create written instructions, drawings, and schematics
  • CAD experience
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong mechanical, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
