Behavior Technician / RBT (Guaranteed Hours)

About the role

Provide evidence-based behavioral support to children by following individualized treatment plans, teaching essential life skills, and documenting progress. Guaranteed 30 hours are available after completion of paid training and RBT certification.

What you'll do

• Teach children through play while following individualized treatment plans
• Observe client behavior and collect treatment data
• Write progress notes
• Help children develop motor, social, emotional, and communication skills
• Implement strategies that redirect challenging behavior toward communication

What you'll bring

• Availability from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Prior paid experience working with children is preferred
• Ability to move quickly and repeatedly get up and down from the floor
• Comfort using data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to work independently and provide quality client care
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
