About the role

Oversees the business and daily operations of 4-6 urgent care locations in the Clarksville market, ensuring service quality, strong financial results, efficient resource utilization, and a superior patient experience.

What you'll do

• Oversee operational performance across multiple urgent care centers
• Evaluate patient flow, wait times, staffing, and resource utilization
• Manage patient experience, volume, financial results, and service standards
• Maintain team morale and handle counseling, discipline, and termination recommendations
• Serve as liaison between the home office and center team members
• Implement company policies, procedures, training systems, and operational guidelines
• Support occupational health sales and local grassroots marketing

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years of healthcare management experience
• Urgent care or primary care experience preferred
• Working knowledge of healthcare workflow and scheduling
• Ability to maintain a highly structured environment
