Behavior Technician / RBT (Bonus Opportunity)

About the role

Part-time Behavior Technician opportunity providing one-on-one ABA support to children with autism. Entry-level applicants are welcome, and paid RBT certification and training are available. Candidates must be available between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

What you'll do

• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment
• Help clients develop motor, hygiene, daily living, toileting, social, and emotional skills
• Travel to client homes and other service locations

What you'll bring

• At least 6 months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
• Availability during specified weekday daytime shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to learn data collection and basic office software
• Calm and energetic approach to working with children
• Ability to get on and off the floor frequently and move quickly
