Behavior Technician / RBT (Bonus Opportunity)

About the role

Variable part-time opportunity supporting children with autism through ABA therapy. Entry-level candidates are welcome, and paid RBT certification and on-the-job training are provided. Current RBTs may qualify for a $1,000 bonus. Candidates must be available between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

What you'll do

• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Help clients develop motor, hygiene, daily living, toileting, social, and emotional skills
• Travel to client homes and other service locations

What you'll bring

• At least 6 months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
• Availability during specified weekday daytime shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to learn data collection and basic office software
• Ability to get on and off the floor frequently and move quickly
