About the role

Lead a ground-up multifamily construction project in Charlotte from preconstruction through closeout. Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, financial performance, safety, quality, and stakeholder relationships.

What you'll do

• Lead all project phases from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and performance
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Monitor project financials and resolve risks or delays
• Provide project updates to executive leadership
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships

What you'll bring

• Project management experience on ground-up multifamily construction projects
• Experience managing large apartment developments
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and construction operations
• Ability to manage an established project with minimal ramp-up
• Strong communication and leadership skills
