Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Foreman

About the role

We are a well-established kitchen exhaust cleaning company serving commercial clients throughout the region, and we're looking for a Foreman to lead our cleaning crews. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with experience in commercial hood and duct cleaning, mechanical maintenance, or fire safety systems. Responsibilities: Supervise and work alongside a crew during overnight cleaning operations Ensure all kitchen exhaust systems are cleaned to FDNY fire code standards Perform quality control inspections and complete job reports Communicate with customers and management regarding scheduling, site access, and service results Train and mentor technicians on proper equipment use, safety, and cleaning techniques Requirements: Minimum 2 years of kitchen exhaust cleaning or related field experience Working knowledge of NFPA 96, OSHA safety procedures, and FDNY fire-code compliance Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
