About the role

Manage public works and public agency construction projects from initiation through completion. Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, execution, and client communication while meeting contract and design requirements.

What you'll do

• Direct and coordinate commercial construction projects
• Manage project planning, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors
• Communicate with clients throughout the project
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with design documents and contract requirements
