Configuration Specialist II

About the role

Create and maintain ERP product configuration applications supporting manufacturing, quoting, order entry, Bills of Materials, pricing, routing, and machine interfaces. This position works onsite at the Phoenix location and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain ERP configuration solutions
• Create and maintain product configuration rules, Bills of Materials, pricing structures, and manufacturing routings
• Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and software solutions
• Design and maintain reliable and efficient data structures
• Troubleshoot configuration, BOM, order entry, interface, and performance issues
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, product management, IT, and business stakeholders
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing
• Document configuration logic, technical designs, development activities, and support procedures
• Provide technical support and guidance to users
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable major or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Programming and software development education, training, or experience
• Strong database architecture, data modeling, relational design, normalization, performance optimization, and data integrity experience
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP and Infor CPQ
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work flexible hours or travel when needed
• U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship
