About the role
Onsite engineering role supporting the development and detailed design of antenna and radome hardware and measurement technologies. The engineer works with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, government personnel, and programs to define requirements and validate hardware performance.
What you'll do
- Develop and perform detailed design of antenna or radome hardware and requirements
- Collaborate with thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, and other engineering teams
- Work with antenna and radome manufacturing suppliers
- Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements
- Contribute to antenna, radome, and measurement system technology
- Work with government personnel to define and refine validation requirements
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience contributing to antenna or radome design
- Experience with simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, PMM, or GRASP
- Experience with near-field or far-field antenna, radome, or sensor measurements
- U.S. citizenship
- Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance
- Ability to obtain an interim security clearance before the start date
