Globalforce International is recruiting a motivated Accountant / Auditor for a growing CPA firm in Queens County, New York. What you'll do

• Support audit, review, and compilation engagements for business clients.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting workpapers.
• Perform audit testing and document findings under senior staff guidance.
• Communicate with clients to obtain records and resolve accounting questions.
• Track engagement deadlines and maintain organized, accurate documentation.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least two years of public accounting or relevant audit experience.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and generally accepted auditing standards.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting or audit software.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• CPA license or progress toward CPA eligibility preferred.
