About the role

Join DHL Supply Chain as a Warehouse Auditor in Franklin County, Ohio, supporting accurate and compliant inbound and outbound warehouse operations. In this hands-on role, you will inspect freight, verify inventory counts, and ensure shipment quality, labeling, and destination details meet customer requirements. You will use warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel to support accurate records and help resolve discrepancies. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, with overtime potentially available. Base pay is $20.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 hourly shift differential Wednesday through Thursday and a $2.50 hourly differential Friday through Saturday. What you'll do

• Count inbound products, compare shipments to manifests, and inspect for damage, infestation, and production code dates.
• Audit outbound orders for correct quantities, quality, labeling, and shipping addresses.
• Document and report shortages, damage, and shipping discrepancies to the appropriate team.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and assist with loading and unloading as needed.
• Participate in physical inventories and maintain a clean, orderly, and secure work area.

What you'll bring

• At least one year of experience checking inbound and outbound freight for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Experience using a commercial warehouse management system such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, or SAP.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to perform hands-on warehouse work involving extended standing and walking.
• Must meet material handling equipment certification requirements.
• Availability for the stated overnight schedule; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
