Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

In this onsite role, you will provide safe, resident-centered nursing care, collaborate with physicians and families, and support residents from admission through discharge. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available on day, evening, and night shifts. Compensation ranges from $32 to $42 per hour, with LPN pay up to $34 per hour and RN pay up to $42 per hour. The benefits package includes health coverage, tuition reimbursement, retirement contributions, and generous paid time off. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

What you'll do

• Provide safe, resident-centered nursing care consistent with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Support residents through admission, ongoing care, and discharge.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
• Serve as a positive clinical role model and resource for staff.

What you'll bring

• Current Iowa RN or LPN license in good standing with no restrictions.
• CPR certification required within six months of hire.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident care skills.
