As stated above we have nation wide positions. These positions range from Long- term care skilled facilities, short term rehab, assisted living, and many more. Must be willing to undergo background check as applicable by law.Eligible Candidates:Bachelor’s Degree ( or higher)in Physical TherapyPhysical Therapist LicenseAbility and willingness to work flexible hourMust be able to apply common sense reasoning to carry out instructionsAbility to understand written and verbal instructions in EnglishAbility to work in a team environment and communicate effectivelyMust possess a strong attention to detailMust be able to tolerate long periods of standing, squatting, kneeling, and bendingResponsibilitiesIdentifies patient’s needs by performing an initial exam, evaluate medical record and doctor’s referral and determine a diagnosisCommunicates effectively with doctors, nurses, and case managersConsults with patients and develop a treatment planDocuments patient care services by charting in patient and department recordsPerforms therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises; instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities; and in using supportive devices, such as crutches, canes, and prosthesesInstructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens; giving normal growth and development information; promoting wellness and health maintenanceProvides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plansMaintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; adhering to infection-control policies and protocols \nCompany DescriptionAll Hearts Staffing Inc is a Pa based Staffing and Direct Hire Company.
