Engineering Manager

About the role

Engineering Manager Location: Durham, NC (Onsite) An innovative space technology company is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of a next-generation satellite payload. You'll manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, drive technical delivery, oversee suppliers and programme execution, and work closely with senior leadership to bring cutting-edge space hardware from development through to launch.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years' engineering experience
• Previous technical leadership or engineering management experience
• Strong background in hardware development, RF, electronics, embedded systems or satellite engineering
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Physics or a related discipline
