About the role

PulseCare Clinics is hiring a Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our customer service team in Houston, TX. This is a on-site role where you will work alongside experienced colleagues on work that reaches customers every day. We care more about how you think than where you went to school, and we support new team members with structured onboarding and a clear 90-day plan.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day front desk patient coordinator work and see projects through from start to finish
• Partner with teammates across departments to keep work moving
• Document what you do so the team gets faster over time
• Raise problems early and help shape better ways of working
