Pick/Pack - North Aurora At Job Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack professional to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Shift Patterns Sunday to Thursday, 4 pm to 12:30 am Pay Rates 18.00 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack Experience in a warehouse environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Role for Pick/Pack Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners or voice-to-pick systems with high accuracy. Inspect merchandise for damage and pack items securely for shipment. Apply accurate shipping labels and seal packages according to specifications. Monitor stock levels and report any inventory discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation. Location : North Aurora.
