Behavior Technician / RBT (Bonus Opportunity)

About the role

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy and behavioral support to children with autism. Variable part-time weekday shifts are available for entry-level Behavior Technicians and experienced RBTs. Paid RBT certification and on-the-job training are provided.

What you'll do

• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Help clients develop motor, hygiene, daily living, toileting, social, and emotional skills
• Travel to client homes and other service locations

What you'll bring

• At least 6 months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to learn data collection and basic office software
• Ability to frequently get up from the floor and move quickly
• Fluency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
