Remote Field Sales Manager

About the role

Alpinestars is seeking a sports-minded, enthusiastic, and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our Dealer Developer team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, deep knowledge of the powersports industry, and the ability to coach, manage, and motivate sales teams to drive revenue growth across our US dealer network. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy deliver regular insights and reports to Senior Management Team. Track and report progress against key sales KPIs like sales, dealer count growth, sell-through rates, account health as well as sales team development. Distributor, Dealer equivalent combined education and experience will be considered. $95,000 - $115,000 a year This is a full-time, remote position with regular field travel. Comprehensive benefits.
