About the Opportunity CEC Fuels is seeking experienced business development professionals to join our Strategic Growth Partner Program. This is not a traditional sales position. We're looking for entrepreneurial professionals who want to build long-term customer relationships, contribute to the growth of our company, and participate in the success they help create.

• Develop new commercial and industrial business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for growth in existing and emerging markets.
• Represent CEC Fuels with professionalism and integrity.
• Share market insights and ideas that help strengthen the business.
• Industries We Serve Our customers include organizations in: Commercial transportation
• Trucking and logistics
• Construction Manufacturing Mining Agriculture Municipal and government
• Commercial fleets Industrial operations
• Our product offerings include wholesale fuel, fuel management, lubricants, DEF, additives, emergency management and related energy solutions.

What you'll bring

• The ideal candidate: Has a proven track record of business development or outside sales.
• Has established industry relationships or an existing network.
• Is self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
• Values honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
• Enjoys identifying opportunities and building long-term partnerships.
• Experience in fuel, lubricants, industrial products, transportation, construction, or related industries is strongly preferred.
