MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE Our Store Managers are responsible for building, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams that embody our brand values and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience. Through strategic leadership, coaching, and talent development, they drive sales performance while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. As brand ambassadors, Store Managers lead by example, ensuring every client receives a personalized, elevated service experience that exceeds expectations and cultivates lasting loyalty. They also partner closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute impactful in-store events and activations that enhance brand awareness, drive client engagement, and support business growth.
