Social Media Manager

About the role

WTP Media is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Grand Rapids. This is a client-facing position for someone with professional experience managing social media accounts, developing content strategies, writing engaging copy, and creating high-quality branded graphics. You'll take ownership of organic social media for multiple WTP Media clients while communicating directly with clients, collaborating with our internal creative and video teams, and using AI-powered tools already integrated into our marketing workflows. Our video team will provide professionally produced video content, while you'll be responsible for creating graphics and turning available client assets into compelling social media content. This is a full-time hybrid position. Candidates must live in or near Grand Rapids, Michigan.

What you'll do

• Social Media Management Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple WTP Media clients
• Create engaging posts, captions, campaigns, and content concepts
• Build and manage monthly client content calendars
• Schedule and publish content across
• Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Maintain each client's individual brand, voice, and marketing objectives
• Identify trends and new content opportunities
• Monitor account performance and adjust strategies based on results
• Manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables simultaneously
• Stay current with platform changes, trends, and social media best practices
