What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and manage inbound/outbound calls
• Obtaining vision and medical insurance authorizations
• Check-in/Check-out patients Dispense contact lenses
• Maintain accurate electronic health records
• Provide exceptional patient care

What you'll bring

• Experience in optometry or ophthalmology
• Proficiency in electronic health records
• Strong administrative skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Knowledge of Myopia and Keratoconus Knowledge of medical records management
