In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly and installation of metal framing components for a variety of commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life by constructing durable, high-quality frameworks that serve as the foundation for walls, ceilings, and other structural elements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your craft, and contribute to building structures that stand the test of time.DutiesErect metal building frameworks according to detailed construction plans and technical drawingsInstall metal studs, track systems, and framing members with accuracy using hand tools and power toolsInterpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper measurements and alignmentPerform concrete forming tasks including rebar installation, ensuring structural integrity before pouringAssist with masonry work, drywall installation, plastering, siding, and trim carpentry as neededOperate heavy equipment safely for lifting and positioning large metal components or materialsConduct quality inspections during framing to verify dimensional measurements and proper fitmentCollaborate with construction management teams to adhere to project timelines and safety standardsQualificationsProven experience in metal building erection, framing, or related construction roles with a focus on metal stud framingProficiency in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plansSkilled in using hand tools such as tape measures, levels, hammers, screw guns, and power tools for framing tasksKnowledge of rebar installation, concrete forming techniques, masonry work, welding, and drywall installation is highly desirableAbility to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when necessaryStrong understanding of construction site safety protocols and OSHA standardsBasic math skills for dimensional measurements and calculations required during framing projectsValid construction site experience with familiarity in remodeling projects or siding installations is a plusJoin our team today to build exceptional structures with precision craftsmanship!
