About the role

Overview The Leadership Talent Advisor serves as the strategic talent acquisition partner for leaders across the enterprise, providing a high-touch, consultative recruitment experience. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned leaders, this role builds trusted relationships while delivering recruitment strategies aligned with organizational priorities. The Leadership Talent Advisor partners with leaders by service line rather than geographic region whenever possible, providing continuity of support while ensuring recruitment work is balanced across the talent acquisition team. This role leads recruitment strategy discussions, conducts leader intake meetings, provides labor market intelligence and hiring recommendations, facilitates regular recruitment review meetings with leadership, and collaborates with recruiters and sourcing specialists to develop proactive talent pipelines that support current and future workforce needs.
