What you'll do

• Drive restaurant profitability while managing within budget guidelines
• Control food, labor, and supply costs
• Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
• Coach and mentor employees and supervisors
• Manage cash handling and reconciliation procedures
• Deliver exceptional guest service
• Foster a positive workplace culture

What you'll bring

• Preferred: 13 years restaurant management experience
• ServSafe Certification Required: Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Basic POS and computer knowledge
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong organizational skills
