Advance CNC Machining - Grove City, Ohio 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Up to $35/hour DOE $2,500 Sign-On Bonus - $1,250 at 90 Days + $1,250 at 6 Months Are you someone people can count on to do the job right-every time? What You'll Do As an experienced CNC Machinist, you'll bring technical designs to life while maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and quality our customers depend on. Your responsibilities will include: Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand part geometry, features, and tolerances. Operating multiple Makino 4 & 5-Axis CNC milling machine centers, many with the help of automation. Loading raw materials, securing workpieces, changing tools, and making offsets for efficient and accurate machining. Inspecting and measuring finished parts using calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other precision tools. Reviewing and understanding CMM reports to verify dimensional accuracy. Completing inspection and production reports to ensure documentation and workflow accuracy. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Compensation & Benefits Up to $35/hour, depending on experience 401(k) with a 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year 80 hours of PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours 6 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and disability insurance Bonus opportunities What You Bring The right CNC Machinist is dedicated, independent and accountable. The skills needed: Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CMM data, including GD&T. Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and more. Solid mechanical aptitude with a problem solver mindset. Excellent communication skills-able to collaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists. A proactive, self driven work style with the ability to complete tasks with minimal direction. Experience operating 4-5 axis Makino machines is a strong plus. Why Advance CNC?
