Line Lead - New Albany At Job Talent, we are recruiting for a Line Lead to work with a leading production company in New Albany. Shift Patterns Monday - Friday 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am Pay Rates 18.00 USD hourly Requirements for Line Lead Able to lead and work alongside a team in a fast-paced production environment. Able to remain on feet for extended periods during the shift. Able to lift and move products or materials when needed. Pay close attention to detail and check product quality throughout production. Complete required paperwork and production records accurately. Comfortable giving direction and working with others when needed. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Role for Line Lead Oversee daily production line operations to ensure efficiency. Provide guidance and support to team members on the floor. Monitor product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Maintain accurate production logs and documentation. Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the team.
