Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPrimary Job includes:ClimbingYou need to be able to work cooperatively as part of a team, be eager to learn, have a good attitude, and have a good work ethic.Train new young employees in proper climbing and tree care practicesMaintain work records dailyLoading/unloading equipment/toolsKeeping the work area clear of debris, cleaning up limbs and branches as they are brought down in tree cutting work. Raking area clear to maintain the safety zone.Feeding limbs and debris into chipperDriving to and from the customer’s homeUsing chainsaws to cut trees/shrubs into manageable piecesLower branches with ropes or block tackleWork outdoors in all seasonsOperate equipment such as a chipper, loader, chainsaw, and other equipmentAdhere to all safety rules and company regulationsMust be able to pass a background check & drug screeningCDL license a plusSalesInspect trees and identify potential health or safety concerns.Meet with customers and recommend appropriate tree care services.Prepare accurate estimates and sales proposals.Follow up on quotes and close salesStay knowledgeable about arboriculture, safety standards, and local regulations.Starting salary is based on experience.\nCompany DescriptionWilliams Brothers Tree and Lawn is a small family oriented full service Tree, Lawn, and Landscaping Company with a great reputation in our service area.
