About the role

Riverstone Construction is hiring a Site Safety Coordinator to join our construction & trades team in Tucson, AZ. This is a on-site role where you will work alongside experienced colleagues on work that reaches customers every day. We care more about how you think than where you went to school, and we support new team members with structured onboarding and a clear 90-day plan.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day site safety coordinator work and see projects through from start to finish
• Partner with teammates across departments to keep work moving
• Document what you do so the team gets faster over time
• Raise problems early and help shape better ways of working

What you'll bring

• Relevant experience in construction & trades or a closely related field
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfort working with the tools and systems the role depends on
• Authorization to work in the United States
