Job Description Data Quality Specialist | Navi Navi is looking for a Data Quality Specialist to join our Industry Data team. The Industry Data team analyzes and curates large pricing and promotional datasets that feed the company’s core consumer- and client-facing products. Candidates must be willing to understand key market trends within the wireless telecom industry and apply them to large datasets. Our Data Quality Specialist candidates should enjoy working with data both in a qualitative and quantitative way. They should be able to analyze business problems and anticipate questions from consumer-focused and business-focused lenses. Scheduling and timing are important for this role and the team rotates planned-in-advance availability for weekends and holidays to maintain 365-day up time on our consumer-facing applications. Candidates who cannot accommodate periodic weekend and holiday availability need not apply. Responsibilities: ● Assist in the daily collection and curation of a series of datasets that describe pricing and promotional activity in the multiple sectors ● Develop and implement business logic that levies scrutiny on loosely structured or unstructured data ● Identify trends and patterns in large datasets ● Contribute as needed to initiatives across the company (technology, analytics, marketing, product) that require a deep understanding of the wireless telecom market ● Work effectively in groups Required Skills: ● 2-5 years of work experience in business analysis, competitive intelligence, data curation, or product management ● Experience working with tabular datasets in Microsoft Excel or similar tools, or optimally within relational databases ● Familiarity with wireless telecom, consumer electronics, or competitive intelligence is highly preferred ● Experience with product or project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Microsoft Office ● Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly ● Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Education
