Wolf & Sons has been a family-owned supplier of fuel, lubricants and fluid management solutions to businesses across Wisconsin, Upper Michigan and the Midwest. We're looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to help our fuel customers by phone and email, take orders and make sure deliveries happen on time. If you enjoy helping people and keeping details straight, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoHelp customers by phone, email and online chat with questions, information and fuel ordersKeep customer accounts and information up to date in our systemWatch automatic-delivery customers' needs so their fuel arrives on timeEnter and update customer pricingSet up fuel contracts and track how many gallons customers have usedKeep our fuel delivery trucks' maintenance and inspection schedules on trackBack up teammates in the department when they're outSchedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. You're done by mid-afternoon, and your weekends are yours.
