PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing & Communication, the Communications Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s insurance products and services. This role is crucial in enhancing brand awareness, driving online traffic, and generating leads through various digital channels. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the company’s business objectives and customer needs.

Academic and Professional Requirements
Experience Required:
Skills and Competencies Required: ● Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. ● Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising. ● Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, and others. ● Experience in managing websites and knowledge of content management systems (CMS), HTML, and UX design principles. ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative mindset. ● Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments. |
