Must Have Skills: ⦁ Coveo Platform ⦁ Coveo Headless Nice to Have Skills: ⦁ Analytics & Reporting Detailed Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Coveo Developer to design, implement, configure, and optimize enterprise search and AI-powered relevance solutions using the Coveo platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in search technologies, indexing strategies, relevance tuning, source integrations, analytics, and user experience optimization. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and application teams to deliver intelligent search experiences that improve content discoverability and user engagement. Key Responsibilities ⦁ Coveo Platform Development ⦁ Design, develop, and maintain Coveo-powered search solutions. ⦁ Configure Coveo sources, crawlers, pipelines, and indexing strategies. ⦁ Implement query pipelines, ranking expressions, machine learning models, and relevancy tuning. ⦁ Develop custom search interfaces using Coveo Headless, Atomic, JavaScript, or React frameworks. ⦁ Configure facets, result templates, search hubs, and recommendation components. Integration & Content Management ⦁ Integrate Coveo with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and custom applications. ⦁ Configure content synchronization and indexing processes. ⦁ Manage security trimming and access permissions for indexed content. ⦁ Develop APIs and connectors to ingest data from external systems. Analytics & Optimization ⦁ Monitor search performance and user behavior using Coveo Analytics. ⦁ Analyze search metrics and identify opportunities to improve relevance and adoption. ⦁ Optimize search experiences using ML models, recommendations, and AI-driven insights. ⦁ Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
