Visa: USC or GC ONLY TYPE: W2 Must-Have Skills: · Camunda 7/8, BPMN, DMN, and Zeebe-based process orchestration · Java and Spring Boot · Microservices architecture and REST APIs · Workflow automation and enterprise process orchestration · Messaging platforms and enterprise integration patterns · Solution architecture and technical leadership Key Responsibilities: · Architect, design, and implement enterprise-scale workflow automation solutions using Camunda 7/8, BPMN, DMN, and Zeebe-based process orchestration. · Design and develop cloud-native, microservices-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, messaging platforms, and enterprise integration patterns. · Define scalable, resilient, and high-performance workflow architectures aligned with enterprise technology standards. · Lead architecture and design reviews, establish best practices, and ensure adherence to technical standards. · Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the solution development lifecycle. · Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective workflow solutions. · Optimize workflow execution, process reliability, scalability, and overall platform performance. Ideal Candidate Profile: · We are seeking a senior-level technical professional with hands-on expertise in Camunda workflow automation and process orchestration, strong Java/Spring Boot development experience, and the ability to lead enterprise architecture initiatives
